We schedule a date for an estimate, During the estimate we will go over the general scope of the work, make a general set up plan and we will talk about how our general process will go during the job. You will receive your finished estimate within a week by email.

After you accept the estimate, you can request an additional design meeting free of charge if you feel it is needed. for most remodels i prefer to have this meeting as it will ensure we are on the same page when it comes to the plan and scope of work. during this meeting we will go over the details of the project such as colors, materials and certain design aspects. we will also go over a more detailed plan that may include where i park, where to set up my tools and where I enter in every day. This meeting usually happens a week or two before the start of the project.

Now we start! First week is set up and demo, then our contractors come in during the rehab phase. mechanical contractors begin first then we close up the walls and begin finishing. after all the walls and floors are finished, we begin installations and a final clean up before we leave! One more firm handshake and a friendly goodbye and we are done!
